Umm... so we went to Taste of Korea right down the street and were looking for something sweet to end out night. Yes. This place is a hard yes. Full Send. For real. Both my guys were gonna order the Oreo Shake but the kid taking our order was just so adamant about trying the Lotus Shake and Omgoodness... we were so glad we took his recommendation. So yummy!! Go here. Order the Lotus Shake. And be happy.

I discovered Kandy Crush Melt via yelp after I searched 'Boba Tea' within a radius of me while in Skokie. Ranked number two at the time, it became an instant bookmark for me being that I absolutely love boba tea drinks. And honey, it was a must visit once I discovered the Oreo Shake which literally made my mouth salivate! Thanks to Ashley S, who shared a picture of it via yelp. I visited post getting off of work prior to driving towards Edens Expressway; its location sits not too far from downtown Skokie, an area that I frequent. I honestly feel like you have to be in search for Kandy Crush Melt because it sits off of Oakton St, yet on Kenton Ave. In my opinion, there needs to be some sort of signage off of Oakton Ave that would capture the interest of individuals driving along Oakton St. Even though I knew what I wanted to order before visiting, I took my time looking at the menu, just to confirm the items. And when I was ready, the employee took my order, and I ended up ordering the Oreo Shake as visited for. As I waited, I was given a free sample of Mini Pancake Bites which were freaking delicious! I finished every bit of what was given because I had not ever tasted anything as delicious as that Nutella syrup. Immediately after finishing off the Mini Pancake Bites, I began taking sips of the Oreo Shake which I must say looked wonderful! Eek! Brain freeze! Tehehe, these taste buds of mine were surged with that delicious Oreo taste as anticipated. From then on, every sip was a mouthful of joy as I drove, resulting in a slight grin that not even traffic on the Expressway could break, I kid you not. There was a point while driving along the Expressway that I questioned if I would be able to finish it off; thinking to myself that it was good that I ordered a medium size Oreo Shake rather than a large because that shake, good Lord; the medium was definitely enough. Being that I had a great experience, I would gladly order from Kandy Crush Melt again when in the Skokie area. For future orders, I can surely see myself ordering via yelp in order to make it an in-and-out visit while on the go for sure. Ambiance: Comfortable couches, could use some light music, but clean and bright. Service: Two gentlemen took our orders and made the drinks. Very friendly. Easy to order, no line. Food: Strawberry Banana smoothies with strawberry popping boba 5 stars. Fresh fruit, tastes great! Strawberry tea and blueberry boba: 5 stars. Excellent flavor. Pineapple tea with blueberry boba 5 stars. I have to say, of all the boba places, this is my top 2.

What a sweet place! Came with our four kids. We ordered strawberry smoothie and Oreo shake. Super yummy! Guy working there was so nice. Water bottles were free. There are lots of options for flavors and they even have gelato. Will be here again!

We stumbled on Kandy Crush while waiting for a haircut around the corner. This place is . The menu is extensive with smoothies, shakes, milk tea and boba tea. The owner is incredibly nice and doesn't charge extra for any topping like boba, jelly or tapioca. No need to drive to Chinatown to get your fix - Kandy Crush is every bit as good with way better customer service!

The man is sooo nice theyre oreo shake is to die for! Real ingredients its soooo good!! Cant wait to go back!!

This place is AMAZING. It's comfortable inside and is such a vibe. If you have not tried the Lotus shake, you're missing out cause it's SMACKING. The service is top notch.!

I'll be honest, this wasn't totally my vibe, but if I could give a 5+ for friendliness and service I would. Kandy Krush Melt is located on Kenton, just off Oakton and when I stopped in there was construction by the Exploritorium across the street. There are fruit teas, milk teas, refreshers, smoothies and ice cream. The owner told me he had been open four months. He was just finishing making the boba. He recommended a guava and dragonfruit tea or brown sugar tea. He added boba at no cost and told me to take a bottle of water, also no cost. There were some couches, not much other seating and I sat for a few minutes. My order was up and the flavor of the tea was good, not too sweet, and the boba was really great, fresh and nicely chewy. The owner offered to remake me a drink of my choice if I didn't like it, since he had, as he said, recommended it. I liked it fine. He also offered me some date juice, which I sampled, it was pretty sweet. There are many tempting flavors of shakes and and freezes (they even have waffles). If this is your neck of the woods, try it. This was a friendly and welcoming place and I'm sure they will try their best for you.

It's a new bubble tea place close to my house, so I will definitely come back! I ordered their Brown Sugar Milk Tea with black crystal boba. It was good, a little on the sweet side, but good nonetheless. I don't really like tapioca, so I was ecstatic when I was able to substitute it with Crystal boba. It's the same jelly taste but not as chewy as tapioca. I also got their coconut gelato, and it's amazing. It tasted really good, and there are coconut chunks in it. Overall, it was a great experience, and the service was amazing!! The ambiance is really nice and seemed well kept.

Owner is super friendly and nice! Drinks are Amazing!! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!!! My daughter had the Brown sugar milk with boba and I had the watermelon freeze. So delicious! New favorite boba spot!
